Take your fundraising to new heights with an unforgettable wing-walking experience in support of Royal Berks Charity.
Strapped securely to the top wing of a classic biplane, you’ll take to the skies while raising vital funds to help enhance care for patients, staff and visitors across our local NHS hospitals.

When: Selected dates throughout 2026
Where: Participating airfields across the UK
Upfront cost: £70.00 deposit
Fundraising target: a minimum of £900.00

About the experience
Following a full safety briefing, you’ll climb onto the wing of the aircraft and be securely fastened into the wing-walking rig. An experienced pilot will then take you on the flight of a lifetime.
Friends and family are welcome to come along, watch your flight and celebrate your achievement.
Who can take part?
To participate, you must:
- Be aged between 18 and 80
- Weigh no more than 89kg (14 stone)
- Be no taller than 6ft 2in (189cm)
- Be able to climb onto the aircraft’s wing unaided
- Be able to withstand wind pressures at speeds of up to 120mph
- Sign a declaration confirming that you are fit to fly
- Be available for approximately two hours on the day
