About the Reading Half Marathon
The Green Park Reading Half Marathon is one of the region’s best-loved running events, attracting thousands of runners and supporters each year.
The 13.1-mile route takes you through the streets of Reading before an unforgettable stadium finish at the Select Car Leasing Stadium.
Whether this is your first half marathon, your next personal challenge or an opportunity to achieve a new personal best, we’ll be with you every step of the way.
Secure a charity place
Royal Berks Charity places are still available for the 2027 event.
When you accept one of our charity places, you’ll be asked to raise a minimum of £250. Every pound you raise will help fund equipment, projects and improvements beyond standard NHS provision across the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust.
Places are limited, so register early to avoid missing out.

Already have your own place?
If you have already entered directly through the Reading Half Marathon website, we would love you to run for Royal Berks Charity.
As an own-place runner, there is no minimum fundraising target – simply raise as much as you can. You’ll still receive the same support from our fundraising team and be welcomed as a valued member of Team Royal Berks Charity.
